3.- Purpose of the Website and Terms of Use

The Website is for informational purposes and aims to promote a private, personal, and discreet matchmaking service to facilitate introductions between potentially compatible individuals in Mallorca, as well as to channel requests for information and, where applicable, facilitate electronic contracting under the terms specified in each process. Access to and use of the Website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice in the version published at any given time, without prejudice to the fact that the contracting of services is governed by the applicable contractual documents provided in a durable medium when applicable.

4.- Conditions applicable in the case of electronic contracting

When Enydos conducts electronic contracting activities through the Website, prior to the start of the contracting procedure, it will make available to the user, on a permanent, easy, and free basis, clear, understandable, and unambiguous information regarding the procedures for entering into the contract, the filing and access to the electronic document if applicable, the means to identify and correct errors in data entry, and the language or languages in which the contract may be formalized, as well as the applicable general terms and conditions in a form that allows them to be stored and reproduced.

5.- Order with payment obligation in distance contracts via electronic means

If the Website enables distance contracting processes via electronic means that involve payment obligations for consumers, Enydos will take the necessary measures to ensure that the user expressly confirms that they are aware that the order involves a payment obligation, by means of a button or similar function labeled with the phrase “order with payment obligation” or an analogous, unambiguous wording.

6.- Customer service, complaints, and response times

Enydos provides users with means to submit inquiries and complaints, including at least one postal address, one telephone number, and one electronic communication channel, as well as the channel through which the contractual relationship was initiated, where applicable. Enydos will respond to complaints received as soon as possible and, in any case, within fifteen days of their submission.

7.- Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data collected through the Website or within the framework of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship will be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable Spanish regulations. At the time of data collection, Enydos will provide the user with the required information regarding the processing, including, among other details, the identity of the data controller, purposes, legal basis, recipients, retention periods, exercise of rights, and, where applicable, international transfers and automated decision-making, through a layered information system and reference to the Privacy Policy.

8.- Cookies and Similar Technologies

When the Website uses cookies and/or similar technologies, Enydos will provide clear and complete information regarding their use and, in the case of non-exempt cookies, will obtain the user’s consent prior to their installation, through a layered system and a configuration panel that allows the user to accept, reject, or configure them by category, in accordance with the Website’s Cookie Policy.

9.- Electronic Commercial Communications

In the event that Enydos sends commercial communications via email or other equivalent means, such communications must be clearly identifiable as such, and the sender must be clearly identifiable. Likewise, Enydos will provide simple and free procedures so that the recipient may revoke the consent given or object to receiving commercial communications at any time; when email is used, a valid email address will be included to exercise this right.

The user acknowledges that the Website, considered as a whole, as well as its content, texts, designs, graphic elements, and any other elements that are subject to protection, may be protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. The reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation, or any form of unauthorized use of the Website or its content is prohibited, except in cases permitted by applicable law or with prior written authorization from the owner of the corresponding rights.
