1. Identification of the Service Provider

The service provider is Ms. MELLENTHIN, SABINE (hereinafter, “Enydos” or the “Provider”), with NIE Y7874213Q and business address at Carrer del 31 de Març, No. 1, 07570 Artà (Balearic Islands).

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Customer / Member: a person who requests or purchases a membership and/or services.

  • Safe Circle: a limited and verified community of enydos members.

  • Private Membership: membership with an active search mandate for a specified period.

  • Silent Membership: indefinite presence (limited to 3 years) without an active search mandate; contact only if there is maximum compatibility.

  • Onboarding: Initial process of interviews, verification, and profile creation.

  • Permanent medium: a medium that allows information to be stored and reproduced (e.g., PDF via email). 

3. Nature of the Service and Absence of Guaranteed Results

Enydos provides a personal and discreet matchmaking service to facilitate introductions between potentially compatible individuals, based on interviews and manual curation.The Client understands and accepts that Enydos does not guarantee results, reciprocity, a minimum number of proposals, or timeframes for success. 4. Onboarding and Verification Process

Registration may include: an initial interview, a personal interview, data verification, creation of a narrative profile, translation, and/or printing or preparation on a durable medium.Admission is selective, and enydos may decline an application if it does not align with the service’s philosophy. 5. Service Modalities

5.1. Private Membership

Typical duration: 6 or 12 months, depending on the request. Includes personal support and proactive search, and access to Salons Privés by invitation, when applicable. [3]

5.2. Silent Membership

Indefinite presence in the Safe Circle, without active matchmaking, and contact with personal support in the event of maximum compatibility with a Private Member. Does not imply a guarantee of contact. 

5.3. Custom Services

Additional services subject to separate charges (e.g., coaching, mentoring, discreet transportation, or others), available upon specific agreement in writing. 

6. Profiles, Consent, and Confidentiality

Profiles are created and shared under an anonymized model and with the Member’s express consent for each sharing.The Client agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding information received from others (profiles, data, events, locations, or identities), and any unauthorized copying, dissemination, or use is prohibited. 

7. Private Salons and Events

Access to Private Salons is exclusive to Private Members and by personal invitation only. The guest lists are limited (approx. six to eight people). Enydos may modify the organization for reasons of privacy, security, or suitability. 

8. Client Obligations

The Client declares that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and agrees to cooperate in interviews, validate the profile, and provide feedback when requested. Failure to cooperate may prevent or delay the service. 

9. Price, Taxes, and Payment Method

The price will be disclosed prior to contracting and will include the total price (including applicable taxes) and, where applicable, the breakdown:

  • Onboarding fee.

  • Membership fee.

  • Custom services: based on quote/approval

  • Extraordinary expenses.

10. Contract: Preliminary Information, Express Acceptance, and Confirmation

Before initiating the electronic contracting process, Enydos will provide clear information regarding: contracting steps, contract storage and access, error correction, and languages.

If the order involves payment, the Customer will expressly confirm that the order entails an obligation to pay by clicking a button labeled “Order with payment obligation” or a similarly unambiguous statement.

After the contract is concluded, Enydos will send confirmation in a durable medium within a reasonable time and, in any event, before work begins. [5]

11. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

If the Customer is a consumer and enters into the contract remotely or off-premises, they may withdraw within 14 calendar days of the contract’s conclusion by sending an unequivocal statement to: withdrawal email or via the form.Once the withdrawal is made, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations and, as a general rule, via the same payment method used.

11.1. Commencement during the withdrawal period (if requested by the Customer)

If the consumer expressly requests commencement during the withdrawal period and subsequently withdraws, they shall pay the amount proportional to the services actually provided up to that point, as disclosed prior to contracting. Optional: maximum limit {{amount}} 

12. Term, Renewal, and Cancellation

The duration of the membership will be as indicated in the order.Renewal: no automatic renewal. Courtesy exception, with no obligation or guarantee of success, provided the collaboration is satisfactory: if Enydos cannot present the Private Member with a single ideal match during the term of the contract (6/12 months), the contract will be extended for 6 months at no cost and is not applicable to silent members.

13. Customer Service, Inquiries, and Complaints

Contact channels: email, postal address.

Complaints must be supported by durable evidence and, where applicable, an identification code; Enydos will respond as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days.

The response will be provided in the same language in which the contract was drawn up. 

14. Personal Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable regulations. Full details are provided in the Privacy Policy: URL. 

15. Transparency and Legibility

These terms and conditions are drafted with clarity and simplicity in mind and are provided in an accessible format. In the event of any interpretative doubt in consumer contracts, the interpretation most favorable to the consumer shall prevail in individual cases.
